Three decades of experience helping women

With more than 30 years in health and fitness, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that support long-term health. As a certified personal trainer, I’ve coached women through one-on-one training, group programs, nutrition guidance, macro education, meal prep strategies, and in-home support that helps turn knowledge into daily practice.
My background also includes competing in natural women’s bodybuilding competitions, where I developed a deep understanding of body recomposition and the role nutrition plays in building lean muscle and shaping the body.
Built4Her was created for women who want to stay strong as they age. Through strength training and smart nutrition strategies, my mission is to help women build muscle, protect their health, and create a foundation for longevity.
